PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) — Bay County emergency operation officials are holding a news conference about Tropical Storm Fred at 2 p.m. Sunday.
The storm is expected to bring impacts along the Panhandle Monday. Most schools in our area have now announced that they are closed Monday.
