NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department began investigating a fatal crash on I-10 Sunday evening.
Early reports from the NOPD say the crash happened at I-10 East and Irish Bayou around 6 p.m. When one of the crash victims got out of his car, police say he was struck by an oncoming vehicle and died.
The man’s identity has not yet been identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner.
