ARABI, La. (WGNO)— On Friday, the St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office began investigating a crash involving an 8-wheeler and a Norfolk Southern Railroad train at the corner of St. Claude Avenue and Center Street in Arabi.
According to police, the highway opened back up Friday evening around 7:30 p.m.
