MANDEVILLE, La. – The No. 5 Lakeshore Titans defeated the No. 28 Ellender Patriots, 11-1 in 5 innings on Tuesday in the opening round of the Class 4A baseball playoffs.

Ellender drew first blood in the top of the 1st inning to take an early 1-0 lead, but the Patriots would go on to surrender two runs in the 1st and five runs in the 2nd inning.

The Titans would score their 11th and final run in the bottom of the 4th inning.
