LSU quarterback Danny Etling  thought he had thrown a game winning touchdown pass to DJ Chark with no time on the clock . But, after review the scoring pass was nullified. The ball had been set for play with one second on the clock.

The replay showed the clock at zero and the ball had not been snapped.

The LSU defense did not allow a touchdown in the game. Daniel Carlson kicked field goals of 51, 29,29,31,37, and 29 yards.

Etling completed 15 of 27 passes for 118 yards.

Leonard Fournette rushed 16 times for 109 yards.
