Former LSU Tiger and Brother Martin Crusader Greg Deichmann is now a member of the Chicago Cubs organization.
Deichmann, and a player yet to be named, were dealth to the Cubs Monday night by the Oakland A’s.
The A’s received lefthanded relief pitcher Andrew Chafin.
Deichmann was hitting .300 for the A’s AAA farm club in Las Vegas, with 13 doubles, and 4 home runs.
