HERMOSA BEACH, Calif. – One would expect to see crazy costumes on Halloween weekend, but who could have predicted seeing two dinosaurs digging volleyballs at the beach?

A group of friends, who meet up at Hermosa Beach every Sunday to play volleyball, decided to dress up for Halloween weekend.

“We decided to do a costume coed Sunday Funday. Lilly and Jason Raney’s T-Rex costumes took the cake and had everyone on the strand of Hermosa Beach stopping to take pics and videos!” said pro-beach volleyball player Laryssa Mereszcazk, who sent FOX 5 the video. “I haven’t laughed that hard in a while, it was historical.”

There were other random dinosaur sightings Sunday.
