Sarah Stage made international headlines during her pregnancy for posting photos of her body on Instagram.
Stage showed off her well defined abs well into her pregnancy and even days before giving birth.
The part time model gave birth to a baby boy on April 14th.
“James Hunter (4/14/15) 8.7lbs/22 inches of HEALTHY baby,” wrote Stage on Instagram.
Then just days later she posted a photo of her post-birth body.
“4 days post baby,” wrote Stage. “Total pregnancy weight gain was 28 pounds. I’m excited to resume my workouts in 5 weeks!!”
