KENNER, La. (WGNO) — The Kenner Police Department is advising drivers to avoid travel at Loyola and I-10 on Sunday.
KPD Facebook reported around 6 p.m., that officers are on the scene controlling the intersection due to nonfunctioning traffic lights.
