NFL On Fox Sideline Reporter Jen Hale shares three things fantasy owners need to know about Sunday’s Saints vs. Denver Broncos game at the Superdome.

1) Saints running backs are a valuable commodity

Coach Sean Payton says he wants to control games with a fierce ground attack. RB Mark Ingram and RB Tim Hightower seem like the duo for the job! This past week, Ingram was the 3rd best running back in the league with 28 points. Hightower was the 8th highest-scoring back with 15 points.

2) Scouting Denver’s backfield

Running back C.J. Anderson was putting up major points for both the Broncos and fantasy owners until he tore his meniscus late last month. Now Kapri Bibbs is shouldering the load. For Week 9, Bibbs was on the Top 10 fantasy running back list, tied for 9th, just behind Tim Hightower.

3) Michael Thomas isn’t playing like a rookie

Once again, Michael Thomas is the Saints leading receiver and a top 10 fantasy scorer league wide with 19 points. This could be a lucrative week for Saints receivers. Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib is expected to miss time with a back injury.
