CHALMETTE, La. (WGNO) – St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s deputies are on the scene of what appears to be a deadly crash at the corner of Judge Perez Drive and Jean Lafitte Parkway.
Witnesses say it appears that at least two vehicles are involved. One of them, a newer model Chevy Camero is said to be in a wooded area off of the road and engulfed in flames. Both roads are currently shut down at that location.
