NEW ORLEANS (CNN)–For the second time, New Orleans Saint Benjamin Watson is speaking out after death, protests, and riots.

Watson, who gained viral fame after posting an essay to Facebook in the wake of last year’s Ferguson, Mo., unrest, is now talking about Baltimore and Freddie Gray.

Watson said the cycle of violence by police, which is met by violence in the community, is becoming “nauseatingly familiar.”
