Port Allen officer resigns after allegedly using taser on handcuffed 67-year-old man inside police vehicle

PORT ALLEN, La. (BRPROUD) – Police officer, Nolan Dehon III, is no longer with the Port Allen Police Department.

Dehon is resigning after video caught the police officer allegedly tasing a handcuffed man.
