BATON ROUGE (WGNO) – Amendment No. 14 the Tax Rebates, Incentives, Abatement amendment failed with 59 percent of voters saying no Tuesday.
The amendment would have required any legislation relating to tax rebates and incentives to be considered only during the legislature’s fiscal-only sessions.
