NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)- There was plenty of fun to be had at Armstrong Park today for the Krewe of Barkus party and parade on Sunday afternoon. This year’s theme for the Krewe of Barkus was “2016: From the Dog House to the White House”.
All proceeds from Barkus go to benefit animal organizations in New Orleans and the Gulf South area.
Our very own anchor, Curt Sprang’s dog, “Nee New” reigned as this year’s Queen of Barkus.
