New Orleans (WGNO)–You might have noticed an unusual parade in the streets of the Bywater.
It is the first ever National Underwear Day parade in New Orleans hosted by the Krewe of Chewbacchus.
People came out to stroll, drink, and celebrate underwear.
The Krewe says it’s all about promoting body positivity, liberation from the tyranny of out garments, and set a new Guinness world record for the largest gathering of people wearing only underpants.
