NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The NOPD has reported a shooting that occurred at or near the intersection of Pleasure and Piety at around 5:40 p.m. on Saturday.
According the NOPD, the 16-year-old victim heard gunshots then realized he was shot in the hand.
The victim was taken to UMC for medical attention.
