NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — On Sunday, Entergy reported a total of 10,530 power outages across Louisiana with a peak of more than 2,800 in Orleans Parish alone. Those numbers dipped to 1,300 statewide and just under 400 locally by 8:30 p.m.
