NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The NOPD reported a shooting in the 5700 block of Wickfield Drive.
The report received just before 6 p.m., stated that a woman was found suffering from a gunshot wound at that location in Gentilly.
The victim was transported to the hospital for medical treatment via EMS.
The NOPD reported that there are no further details available at this time.
