NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — On Friday, DA Williams, along with representatives from the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI), Orleans Parish Communications District (OPCD), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and New Orleans Health Department (NOHD) will announce the formation of the DA’s Narcotics Division and the implementation of the Overdose Mapping Application Program (ODMAP).
