NEW ORLEANS – On Tuesday, afternoon, Mayor Cantrell held a press conference to discuss assistance being made available for Hurricane Laura evacuees.
This includes a daily resource fair, which makes food, clothing, toiletries, and more, available for evacuees.
Collin Arnold, Director of the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Dr. Jennifer Avegno, Director of the New Orleans Health Department also spoke at the press conference.
