NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Due to the severe impact felt by Hurricane Ida, all commercial and roll-off services for Waste Management’s customers in the New Orleans Metro area and surrounding parishes will remain suspended until road conditions allow for safe passage and collection.

Waste Management initially suspended trash collection services on Saturday until Monday. With the new extension, the company joins Jefferson Parish and the Town of Jean Lafitte in suspending service.
