METAIRIE, La. — Water issues in the New Orleans metro are prompting school closures again on Friday.

Here’s the list:

All schools in the St. John the Baptist Parish Public School District will remain closed on Friday, Jan. 19, due to water system issues affecting the parish.

All Maintenance Department employees and the head custodian at each school should report to work at their normal work time.

Jefferson Parish public schools will remain closed Friday due to low water pressure. Administrative offices at 501 Manhattan Boulevard in Harvey and 4600 River Road in Marrero will be open. The Emenes Building at 822 South Clearview Parkway in Elmwood will be closed. Employees who work in the Emenes Building are to report to the administration building at 501 Manhattan Boulevard.

Orleans Parish School Board and Recovery School District have advised all public schools in Orleans Parish to remain closed Friday.

In Orleans Parish,  James M. Singleton Charter School and the Dryades YMCA School of Commerce will be closed until Monday, January 22, 2018 due to plumbing issues caused by the extreme weather.

All public and private schools in Lafourche Parish will close on January 19.

St. Augustine High School will remain closed Friday, Jan. 19, 2018.

John Curtis Christian School will remain closed Friday, Jan. 19, 2018.

Louise S. McGehee School and Little Gate will be closed on Friday, January 19th.

Jefferson RISE Charter School will be closed Friday.

Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO) will remain closed Friday, Jan. 19.

Delgado Community College is closed Friday.

Terrebonne Parish public schools are closed Friday. All 12 Month Employees and School Administrators should report to work.

Metairie Park Country Day School and Country Day’s Early Childhood Center will be closed tomorrow, Friday, January 19.

University of New Orleans is closed Friday.

LSU Health New Orleans will close its academic downtown New Orleans and dental campuses on Friday, January 19, 2018.

Catholic schools on the East Bank of Orleans and Jefferson parishes, as well as St. John the Baptist Parish, will remain closed Friday, January 19, 2018. St. Anthony Catholic School in Gretna will also be closed.

St. Martin’s will remain closed Friday.

Trinity Episcopal School in the Lower Garden District will be closed Friday.
