NEW ORLEANS – Commander’s Palace recently celebrated its 125th anniversary with cocktails at Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 and with a special 5-course meal prepared by Chef Tory McPhail and his team. The who’s who of cuisine all around the world made appearances, as well as many local celebrities. The dinner and party were part of “The American Cuisine & Hospitality Symposium.”
