NEW ORLEANS – The 2019 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival resumes today.
This year’s schedule has been dominated by headliners like Katy Perry, but founding producer Quint Davis said over 600 local New Orleans artists will also take the stage in 2019, including Queen of Soul Irma Thomas.
