NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department began investigating a shooting on I-10 Monday evening.
According to NOPD, the shooting happened at the intersection of Interstate West at the Carrollton Exit.
Reports show a woman sustained a gunshot wound to her body.
The victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated according to police reports.
