GULFPORT, Miss. — The Mississippi Gulf Coast is experiencing moderate to heavy rainfall as tropical weather continues to push through the area.
Friday night there was a lot of ponding along US 90 and the wind has pushed sand along the highway. The poor visibility is contributing to treacherous driving conditions.
In Hancock County, multiple people have moved their vehicles to higher ground along the highway. The main concern is flooding in low-lying areas.
