NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — New Orleans Police are investigating a shooting near the edge of the French Quarter.
Officers say a man was shot in the back on Esplanade Avenue near Decatur Street early this morning.
He was taken to the hospital.
No word yet on his condition.
