Kenner native and former NFL player Joe McKnight was killed in a possible road rage shooting in Terrytown this afternoon.

The New Orleans City Council approved a string of regulations on short-term rentals across Orleans Parish, setting into place some of the most robust short-term rental restrictions in the nation.
