METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) – On the second anniversary of Hurricane Katrina WGNO-TV and its staff were finally going home. The team worked in doublewide trailers and then at a studio at the World Trade Center for two years following the destruction of their former offices.
The above video was screened at the grand opening for their new (and current) post-Katrina facilities at 1 Galleria Blvd in Metairie.
