METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) — Some students at Belle Chasse High School who proved they could dive into their lessons got a big reward, compliments of Harry’s Dive Shop in Metairie.

A group of the school’s top students were treated to a day of SCUBA instruction at the Airline Drive business.  But they had to earn it.  For more on the requirements that the students were able to achieve, click on the video button above.

Harry’s offers similar opportunities for anyone who is interested in learning to SCUBA dive.  It’s called a “Try SCUBA Class.”  It costs $25, and the folks at Harry’s say that even people who don’t know how to swim can enjoy the experience.  For more information, click here to visit Harry’s website.
