Funeral for slain Raising Cane’s manager set for today

METAIRIE, La.  (WGNO) – Dozens of people came out to the Garden of Memories Funeral Home for Taylor Friloux’s funeral. Visitation hours ran from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public is allowed to attend.

Four people have been arrested in connection to last week’s Raising Cane’s robbery and the murder of 21-year-old Friloux. Detectives are now looking for a 5th possible suspect.

Friloux leaves behind her parents, her sister and two half siblings. She planned on going back to college in the Fall. She worked at “Raising Canes” since she was 17, and was promoted to shift manager two years ago. The Archbishop Chappelle grad loved animals and camping. Instead of flowers, the family is asking people to donate to the Animal Rescue of New Orleans in Taylor’s memory.
