Female passenger in deadly Cane’s robbery questioned, will not face charges

KENNER, La. (WGNO) – The female passenger Kenner Police were looking for in connection with the robbery and murder of a Raising Cane’s manager last week has been located.

Kenner Police said the 13-year-old girl went to the Kenner Police station Friday evening with her parents. Investigators questioned the girl and believe she didn’t know about the robbery before it happened.

Police called her an “unwilling participant” and said no charges will be filed.

Four people have been arrested in the robbery of Raising Cane’s and the stabbing death of Cane’s manager Taylor Friloux, 21.

Joshua Every, 23, a former Cane’s employee, Mark Crocklen Jr., and Gregory Donald have been booked for first-degree murder and other charges. Ariana Runner was booked for second-degree murder and robbery charges.
