NEW ORLEANS — A WGNO staffer caught an image in passing of an overturned four-door sedan at the intersection of Hamilton and Earhart on Sunday morning.
The incident occured before 9 a.m. and New Orleans Police Department was already on the scene when the picture was taken of the crash.
