NEW ORLEANS — Just last week, folks in the northern part of the state were throwing snowballs, while locals down south were a bit jealous.
But now it’s our turn … our turn to eat Sno-balls that is.
Sno-ball season is officially underway in the New Orleans area and stands everywhere are getting their blocks of ice ready to shave and serve residents.
And as shown in the report above, the owner of one Metairie Sno-ball stand is hoping this season will be a long one.
