PLAQUEMINES PARISH – Plaquemines Parish will again be recycling Christmas Trees for coastal restoration.
Trees will be picked up curbside until January 22, or residents can drop off trees at compactor locations in Belle Chasse or Port Sulphur.
In order to recycle the tree, make sure to remove all lights, stands and bags. Flocked trees cannot be recycled.
