HOUSTON – Wild video from Houston shows a police helicopter crew member taking down a fleeing suspect.
Police took the man into custody after a 911 call reporting a home burglary. When they arrived at the scene, the suspects ran off and a chase ensued, according to police. The police helicopter followed one of the suspects to a field.
The suspect was sideswiped by a police car, but kept running. He was then tackled by a member of the Houston Police Department helicopter crew, which had landed just moments earlier.
Both suspects were arrested.
