SLIDELL – The Louisiana National Guard‘s Aviation Command is flying over several cities today to show support for first responders and health care workers.
Four Blackhawk helicopters took off this morning, and are flying a route that will take them over hospitals in Slidell.
From there, the helicopters will head to Hammond before heading to Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Shreveport, and Monroe.
