American Ultra shot in Destrehan
The New Orleans-shot American Ultra that released in theaters last Friday has some familiar scenes you may recognize from the film.
In the flick, Jessie Eisenberg’s characters car blows up in front of a convenience store and that store is actually in Destrehan, right off of River Rd. near the I-310 Bridge.
Unlike most films where they change the name of a business, the Cash N Carry’s name and storefront were not changed.
New Orleans Film Festival
The New Orleans Film Society announced their lineup for the 2015 New Orleans Film Festival.
