NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)- Many brides may opt for a June wedding, but with the Fourth of July right around the corner, some brides may be holding out for a holiday wedding.
And of course, this invokes an age old question; should folks plan their big day on holidays?
There are two sides to the argument.
Your family and friends will all be in one place to begin with, and well, it’s hard to forget an anniversary right?
But on the other hand, why hijack someone’s vacation time!
People look forward to those three day weekends, and now they feel obligated to attend your wedding.
