NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Fans of the TV show Gilmore Girls can get a little taste of the Rory and Lorelai’s favorite coffee spot right here in New Orleans.

Fair Grinds and Netflix will be giving away 250 free small coffees starting at 7 a.m. Wednesday (October 5) morning.

Fair Grinds is at 3133 Ponce de Leon Street.

A number of  Luke’s Diner pop-ups are opening for one day only across the country. Every state has at least one.

Louisiana has two. Baton Rouge’s Brew Ha Ha is hosting its own pop-up.

It’s part of the celebration as fans await the return of Gilmore Girls on Netflix. There’s at least one location in each state, according to the Stars Hollow promotional website. (The site goes completely live on October 5, as well.)

The new episodes of Gilmore Girls drop on Netflix on November 25.
