NEW ORLEANS — The NOPD is investigating a Saturday morning homicide near Lakefront Airport where the 7800 block of Shubert meets the 6000 block of Wales.
Initial reports show one adult female found before 10 a.m. in the front yard of a house with an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was pronounced dead on scene.
