NEW ORLEANS — One man is dead and another is hospitalized after a double shooting in New Orleans East.
NOPD says the shooting happened in the 12100 block of North I-10 Service Road around 9:14 Tuesday night.
One victim was pronounced dead at the hospital and the other is listed in stable condition.
