Person of interest sought in Memorial Day double homicide

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – NOPD is asking for help in finding this man who’s wanted as a person of interest in the Memorial Day double homicide on General Taylor Street.

Officers responded about midday May 30 to General Taylor Street, where they found one victim lying on his back on the front porch of a house and a second victim lying on the floor inside the home. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

The person in the picture is not a suspect, but detectives believe he has pertinent information in the case.
