DELHI, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On Tuesday, one of Grambling State University homecoming shooting suspects, Jatavious “Rabbit” Carroll, is currently having a standoff with Delhi Police. Carroll is currently in an attic of a Delhi residence and Delhi police at the scene with Louisiana State Police in route to the location.
