JULY 26 UPDATE: The NOPD arrested 33-year-old Sean Walsh for the shooting incident that occurred below. Walsh will be charged with attempted second-degree murder.
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The NOPD has reported a shooting that occurred in Gentilly Terrace early Saturday evening.
The call was received at approximately 6:45 p.m., and upon arrival in the 4400 block of Eastern Street, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.
