MARRERO, La. (WGNO) — Jefferson Parish deputies say two men robbed the Stop-N-Go in the 3700 block of Barataria Boulevard.  They say the men used guns and were covering their faces.  After getting the cash, the robbers ran from the scene.

But they say the woman who drove the getaway car got out of the vehicle at one point and was recorded by a security camera.

The robbery happened at about 2 in the morning on Saturday, Dec. 10.  Deputies say that while the robbers ran from the scene, they arrived in a car.  Deputies say they found surveillance footage that shows a woman exit the car.  They say she was wearing a Delgado NOLA hooded sweatshirt.

Deputies also say the woman was driving a white Chevy Cavalier four door, perhaps between 2000-2002 model years. They provided a photo of a similar car for comparison.

Anyone who knows anything about the robbery or the suspected getaway driver is asked to call the JPSO Robbery Section at 504-364-5300 or CrimeStoppers at 504-822-1111.
