NEW ORLEANS — On Monday night, the New Orleans Police Department began investigating a double shooting near I-10 West, near the Franklin Avenue and Louisa Street Exit.
The incident occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m.
Initial reports show a teenage female and a male infant sustained gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to the hospital by private conveyance.
