CONCORDIA PARISH (KTVE/KARD) — On December 21, 2022, the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office announced they distributed 167 new bikes to Concordia Parish children for Christmas. Local businesses and contributors for the Christmas Bike Giveaway were the following:
