Canada’s immigration website crashed on election night, as Donald Trump extended his lead over Hillary Clinton.
The website was unavailable to view as of 11:20 p.m. EST Tuesday.

The information website for those hoping to move to Canada read, “500 – Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.”
According to the Telegraph, searches for the word “emigrate” also spiked during the election.
